How it works

• Slot count = the smaller of 5 and (3 + Battle Formation Yurt level); 3 slots are open at the start, level 1 opens the fourth and level 2 the fifth.
• You can split the same unit type across several slots with different amounts; a type's total assignment cannot exceed its idle count.
• Only Steppe Archer, Spearman, Mounted Raider, Heavy Cavalry and Siege Master can fill a slot; the Wolf Agent never joins the formation, and each slot holds at least 1 soldier.
• Saved slot amounts are carried over to the battle march automatically; the power sent to the target is calculated from these amounts.
• After disbanding or losses, slot amounts that can no longer be covered are reduced automatically; a slot that drops to zero is emptied.

Step by step

1. Open the War Order section on the Army screen.
2. Press the slot you want to edit and select the type of unit.
3. Enter the amount or use the Assign All option.
4. Press Save Layout; if necessary, divide the same type of unit into multiple slots.
