Don't make a parliamentary decision
Choose by comparing cost and outcome in opening events.
Step by step
- Open the decision or event card waiting in the Khan.
- Read the sources, diamonds, and Khaganate effects of the options.
- Make sure you have enough resources and choose your decision.
- Check the outcome of the decision and the next availability period.
House decisions can be spent on real resources and cannot be undone.
