Do not change the representative of the office
Move to the island of different expertise by maintaining the level of office.
How it works
- Changing the representative costs 25 diamonds and switches the member between the primary and the alternate candidate.
- With the change, the active duty switches to the other duty automatically: the alternate candidate carries the second duty, the primary candidate the first.
- The office level and any running office upgrade are kept; only the portrait and the active duty change.
- Example: switching to the Commander's alternate candidate makes the duty City garrison; switching back to the primary candidate restores Training grounds.
- In the worlds open today City Garrison has no effect; after switching to the alternate candidate you can pick Training Grounds again for free with Change Duty. In newly opened worlds City Garrison can be selected and raises city defense.
Step by step
- Choose the councillor you want to change.
- Open the Change Representative window.
- Compare the duties and bonuses of the new candidate with the current member.
- Check the diamond price shown and approve the appointment.
When the representative changes, the level of office is maintained; but the effective task and bonus move to the new candidate's expertise.
