Sending troops or defensive reinforcements to the alliance

Use idle troops in joint support and emergency defense.

How it works

  • With Give Units you donate 1-500 troops per action; archers, spearmen, raiders, heavy cavalry and siege masters can be given, agents cannot.
  • Donated troops leave your village army but remain yours; if you leave the alliance, your troops in the pool return to your village.
  • Troop donations score contribution points per soldier: archer 20, spearman 24, raider 35, heavy cavalry 45, siege master 40.
  • Only the Founder Khagan and Commanders command the shared pool: a single order sends 1-5,000 troops to an open defence call.
  • The server first calculates the number of columns, the latest arrival time and the march food; the food comes from the commander's active village, and no troops march until the quote is confirmed.
  • March food is troops × (2 + distance ÷ 180), rounded up; columns that cannot arrive before the attack are skipped, and if there are not enough troops the order is not executed at all.
  • Example: if 1,000 troops march to a village 90 units away, the food is 1,000 × (2 + 90 ÷ 180) = 2,500.
  • Surviving troops return to the donor's village, not automatically to the pool; you can recall your stationed troops from the GUEST GARRISONS section with Recall.

Step by step

  1. Open the Military Support or Defence Room in the Alliance.
  2. Select the call for a donation or defense.
  3. Determine type and quantity from the empty troops.
  4. Confirm that the estimated path time in the defense call is over before the attack.
  5. Send in the troops and monitor your status from the guest garrison records.

The late reinforcement does not reverse the outcome of the war.
