How do production bonuses combine?
Correctly interpret the contribution of building, expertise, assembly and temporary support to production.
How it works
- Specialisation percentages are summed first and then become one multiplier: Saw Mastery 5 × 5% = 25% and Forest Crews 5 × 3% = 15% give wood a 1.40 multiplier.
- All-production modules (Camp Chancery 1.5% per level, Provincial Administration 2%) are added to every resource's percentage.
- Council duty multipliers apply separately from specialisations and one after another; if two duties affect the same resource, both multiply.
- The alliance level bonus and world economy multiplier come last; stone also gets a ×2 and wood a ×1.30 boost.
- In worlds with the population rule the village ring multiplies on top of all of these: each worker on the Forest, Quarry, Iron Deposit or Fields raises that resource's final rate by 0.025% (600 workers give +15%).
- The temporary production boost (24 hours, 50 diamonds) does not change the rate; every hour during the boost counts as two hours of production.
Step by step
- First, check the basic hourly production provided by the relevant production building.
- Remember that building expertise has an impact on the sources that write only in the description.
- Read the scope of the Han and Assembly mandate; some tasks contribute to all production, some to one or two sources.
- Also track the remaining time of temporary production support.
- Confirm the final result from the hourly production value in the source detail; this value on the screen is the applied version of the active effects.
Army capacity is not a production bonus, production expertise does not increase the military limit.
