Receiving a diamond package and tracking the order history

Select the package on the open sales channel, verify the payment summary, and follow the delivery.

Step by step

Open the Diamond Packs section in the Time Yurt.
Compare the amount of diamonds in the packages, the currency and the current price.
Select the package you want to buy and switch to the payment provider.
Once again verify the total amount with the package name on the payment page and complete the transaction.
When you return to the game, wait for the diamond balance to be updated; check the result from the Last Orders field.

Repeat the same process repeatedly if the payment appears to be unsuccessful or pending. Open a support record with the order ID and date.
