Create an account deletion request

Start the permanent account closure process from the privacy center.

Step by step

  1. Switch to Account and Privacy in Settings.
  2. Open the Account Delete or related data request option.
  3. Carefully read the game data and recovery time to be affected.
  4. Confirm the request and follow your status from the privacy center.

Account deletion is a permanent process. If the cancellation option is offered within the waiting period, it can only be retrieved before that time expires.
