This notice explains which personal data is processed in the Kaira Online / Bozkır Strateji service, why it is processed, and how. This notice is not consent; it is provided so you can make an informed decision before creating an account.
The service is provided by the Kaira Online operator listed as the developer in store records. Privacy and account requests can be submitted through the in-game Account and Privacy Center, https://www.kairaonline.com/hesap-silme or hello@berestyazilim.com.
We process your email address and account ID; khagan name, faction, and game profile; village, unit, battle, market, season, and reward records; chat, blocking, and reporting records; push notification tokens and device/platform identifiers; IP address and browser and device information (user agent); purchase and subscription history; session, security, anti-cheat, app interaction, and transaction records; agreement acceptance, communication and measurement preferences, and applications under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Card numbers are not stored on Kaira servers. We do not request special categories of personal data.
During registration, sign-in and session refresh, the identity infrastructure keeps your IP address and browser information as a security log. When you send a chat message or report a message, your IP address, a one-way hash of that address and your browser information are written to a moderation record; this record is visible only to authorized administrators for investigating harassment, abuse and unauthorized multiple accounts, and is deleted automatically after 90 days. If you allow web notifications, your browser information is stored as the device name. Vercel, which hosts the website, processes IP addresses in its technical request logs.
For account creation, operating the game, verifying game transactions, security and fraud prevention, support and dispute management, and legal obligations, we process data on the legal grounds of entering into or performing a contract, complying with the data controller’s legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and legitimate interests provided these do not harm your fundamental rights. Product announcements are sent only with your separate, revocable explicit consent; ad measurement on the website (Meta Pixel) likewise relies only on explicit consent given this way.
Data may be transferred, only as required for its purpose, to Supabase for identity, database and game infrastructure; Firebase for push notifications; RevenueCat and Apple or Google for store purchase verification; Vercel for web hosting and cookieless visit measurement; and technical support providers. Messages written in world, alliance and Battlefield chat are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI model, without player names or account IDs, to detect rule-breaking content (profanity, insults, hate speech, personal information, advertising); a message found to clearly break the rules is removed automatically and you are notified, and you can object to this decision through the support address. On the website, Meta Pixel loads only if you consent to ad measurement; once you consent, page view and registration events, your IP address, your browser information and a one-way hash of the email address in the sign-up form may be sent to Meta. In configured mobile versions, Meta App Events is used to measure registration and payment funnels: on Android it runs only with your consent in the game and adds the device’s advertising ID to this measurement; on iOS it depends on App Tracking Transparency permission. Data is transferred to authorized public authorities only when legally required. Appropriate mechanisms under Article 9 of the KVKK apply to transfers abroad.
Data is collected electronically through registration, game transactions and security logs. Account data is retained while the account is active; chat and moderation records generally for 180 days, with the IP address and browser information in those records for 90 days; security records for 1 year; season and dispute records for 2 years; and acceptance and application records for 3 years after account closure. If a legal obligation or dispute requires it, the relevant records are retained only for as long as necessary, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information and a copy; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; identify third-party recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification to recipients; object to automated results; and seek compensation for harm. You can apply through the Account and Privacy Center, https://www.kairaonline.com/hesap-silme or hello@berestyazilim.com. Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
The service is not intended for children under 13. Players under 18 are expected to use it under the supervision of a legal representative. Do not share your real name, address, school, phone number, photos or location in chats.
