By creating an account, you accept the following rules of use. These terms are separate from the KVKK privacy notice and optional communication consent.
You must use an accurate, accessible email address and protect your account and login credentials. Sharing, selling or transferring an account without authorization is prohibited. Children under 13 may not create accounts; minors must play under the supervision of a legal representative.
Bots, macros, automation, client or network manipulation, unauthorized advantages from multiple accounts, exploiting vulnerabilities, cheating, trading accounts or resources for real money, and misleading other players to collect data are prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be restricted and investigated.
Insults, threats, hate speech, sharing personal data, harassment, spam and unlawful content are prohibited. Messages may be retained for a limited period for reporting and security purposes. Warnings, muting, suspension or permanent account closure may be applied.
Worlds are seasonal; rankings and seasonal resources may close or reset according to the rules. Diamonds, resources and in-game items do not represent real money, ownership or a guaranteed cash value. When available, web payments are processed through Creem; mobile purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period shown on the purchase screen. Web subscriptions can be canceled through the customer portal linked in the Creem receipt; mobile subscriptions through the relevant store account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Requests about undelivered content, duplicate charges, cancellations and refunds can be sent to hello@berestyazilim.com with your order or transaction number. Requests are answered within 3 business days at the latest; refund eligibility is assessed under the purchase terms and applicable consumer legislation.
Game rules may change for balance, security, content or technical requirements. Material changes are announced before they take effect; acceptance of the new version may be required. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service during planned maintenance and outages beyond our control.
Accounts may be restricted for serious or repeated violations. You can request deletion through the Account and Privacy Center, with a 7-day cancellation period to prevent mistakes. Limited records that must be retained by law may be separated and protected; remaining personal data is deleted or anonymized at the end of the process.
