If the resource for a transaction is not enough
Wait for the missing resource, improve production, or make it through safe routes.
How it works
- Five routes: NPC barter in the Market, buying a player listing in the Market, gathering resources on the world map, alliance resource aid or exchange, and task and Daily Code rewards.
- A gathering site yields site level × coefficient (wood 720, stone 780, food 600, iron 210, gold 55) and never more than the carrying capacity of the troops you send.
- Gold cannot be sold on the player market; it is only the means of payment. In NPC barter all five resources can be bought and paid with.
- Disbanding troops refunds no resources; it frees army capacity, and in worlds with the population rule it also returns the people (and, for cavalry, the horses) up to the limit.
- If you own a second village in the same world, Stage 6 and a Caravan Market let you send internal shipment caravans between your own villages.
- In 3D, when an Upgrade, Specialisation, Repair, Development stage or Army training lacks resources and your market is open, a CARAVAN MARKET button appears: the market opens on the missing resource with the missing amount, pays where it can with resources the job does not need, and selects the next missing resource after each trade.
Step by step
- Determine the red or missing-looking sources on the transaction card.
- Use the resource bar and production rate to see when it will be ready.
- Send troops to collect resources from the world map or buy an appropriate ad from Sunday.
- If you're in the alliance, ask for resource assistance; you can also evaluate your own excess resources with a swap offer.
Don't spend all the food to speed up development; military training and marches also consume food.
