06.03 · World map and marches

Sending collectors to the source point

Collect world resources with the carrying capacity of empty troops.

How it works

  • A caravan is made only of Archers, Spearmen, Mounted Raiders, Heavy Cavalry and Siege Masters; the Wolf Agent cannot gather.
  • Site yield = level × resource coefficient; the caravan brings back only as much of that yield as its carrying capacity allows.
  • Carrying capacity per soldier: Archer 35, Spearman 45, Mounted Raider 90, Heavy Cavalry 55, Siege Master 110, Wolf Agent 5.
  • Example: a level 3 quarry yields 2,340 stone; 20 Mounted Raiders carry 1,800, so the caravan returns with 1,800 stone.
  • Every 256 × 256 region holds one level 1, 2 and 3 site each for wood, stone, iron and food, one level 3 gold mine and four extra level 1 sites; the world has 272 sites in total.
  • Sites are shared by all players; gathering marches ignore the tactic speed factor and the time comes from the distance × 2.8 base plus unit and world speed.

Step by step

  1. On the map, open the Source filter and select the appropriate point.
  2. Select the picker campaign.
  3. Determine the type and amount of unit you will send.
  4. Check transport capacity, road food, departure and return time.
  5. Start the campaign; on the return, the source is written to the active village and the report is generated.

Total spoils cannot exceed the carrying capacity of the surviving troops.
